Return & Refund Policy – Sweence

At Sweence, your satisfaction is our priority.
We offer a 14-day return policy along with clear solutions in case of delivery or product issues.


1. 14-Day Return Policy (Change of Mind)

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return, no questions asked.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items must meet our return conditions (see section 4).

2. Shipping Protection (Loss, Damage, Theft)

An optional Shipping Protection is available at checkout (not included by default).

  • If selected:
    Full coverage β€” we will replace or refund your order in case of loss, damage, or theft.
  • If not selected:
    Sweence is not responsible once the package has been handed to the carrier.

3. Refunds & Partial Refunds

Full Refund

Granted after:

  • Return received
  • Inspection completed
  • Product approved

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Partial Refund

May apply if:

  • Item is opened or used
  • Item is damaged or incomplete
  • Return is sent after the 14-day window

Details will be communicated via email.


3.1 Sale Items

Discounted or promotional items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items.


3.2 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon arrival

3.3 Gifts

  • If marked as a gift β†’ store credit will be issued
  • If not marked β†’ refund will be sent to the original purchaser

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In original packaging
  • In perfect condition

You must provide:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Email address

4.1 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used depilatory foam products
  • Any personal care or cosmetic product once opened
  • Gift cards

4.2 Opened Products

Due to hygiene standards, opened or used products cannot be returned, even if you are not satisfied.

⚠️ However, our support team will always try to offer a suitable solution (discount, replacement, etc.).


5. Bundles & Special Offers

Bundle offers (e.g., β€œBuy 2 Get 1 Free”) are considered non-separable.

  • Returns must include the entire bundle
  • Any opened product voids the return eligibility of the full bundle
